Pre License & Post License
Salesperson Pre License (75 hr)
The GREC Salesperson Pre License Course covers the basics of property ownership, use and transfer of property, mortgages, closings, contracts, and real estate law. This course is conducted in the classroom by an elite licensed real estate instructor who will guide the student in preparation for both the classroom and State required exams.
Broker pre license (60 hr)
Our GREC Broker Pre License Course covers the basics of brokerage start-up, document preparations, trust account management, Fair Housing, agency, and real estate law. This course is conducted in the classroom by an elite licensed real estate instructor who will guide the student in preparation for both the classroom and State required exams.
Post License (25 hr)
The GREC Salesperson Post License Course covers essential concepts and forms important to new real estate professionals. These include business structures & planning, marketing your business, working with sellers and buyers, inspections, contracts, working with lenders and attorneys, closings, earning commission, and many other activities that evolve in the day-to-day work of a real estate professional.
Code of Ethics (3 hr)
This course covers the NAR Code of Ethics and reviews case studies pertaining to the code. Sample scenarios are included as a decision-making practice for licensees. All REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics training every quadrennial.
Cyber Ethics, Security & Client Data Protection (3 HR)
What is phising? How does phising lead to wire fraud? How do I comply with the NAR Code of Ethics Standard of Practice concerning the protection of confidential client information? Are my computers and mobile devices secure? In today’s fast paced, mobile environment, it is challenging to be a successful real estate practitioner and satisfy the fiduciary responsibilities of care, obedience, loyalty, disclosure, accounting and confidentiality for your clients.
This course of instruction will teach students how to:  effectively address the NAR Standard of Practice 1-9;  give them the strategies to fulfill their fiduciary duties of care, accounting and confidentiality; and  help them to reduce exposure to liability in their real estate practice.
I Passed The Exam! What’s Next…? | The Successful Business Framework (3hr)
So you passed your exam? Excellent! Now it’s time to build your practice. Where do you start? Here! There are MANY choices to make. How do I choose a Broker? Should I become a Realor®? What does it mean to be an independent contractor or 1099? How can an LLC help my business? How can I give myself an edge over the competition? This course is designed to help you answer these questions, chart and begin a successful career as a new Real Estate professional.
This course of instruction will teach students how to start their Real Estate practice by giving them an introduction to business from an independent contractor prospective.
